If you have not specified what you would like me to do, I will quickly read through your script and communicate what I can do to improve it.
I use the latest Final Draft, so .FDX is preferable. I can also accept .TXT as a first choice and .RTF as a second choice. Price variations may apply if your file requires a manual line-by-line transfer, or if typed or handwritten material needs to be entered manually.
It depends on the length of your screenplay, but I can complete an average script within one week or less.
Yes, assuming there is enough time and it does not degrade the quality of your work or mine.

You have two options: first, give me an opportunity to fix what you do not like; or do not pay me. It is that simple.
Consistency is key for your script and in the industry. Readers need to be able to quickly assess your writing—and focus on your story—not your formatting. If each writer had their own screenplay formatting style, reading would become unnecessarily challenging.

This is not a realistic option. Unless you already have a deal in place, there will most likely be no opportunity to add a provision that pays me later for this service.

About Chris
My name is Chris Lanning. I’m from Vancouver, Canada, working in Taipei, Taiwan and Vancouver. In both cities, I’m lucky to have a diverse community of directors, producers and screenwriters around me who share a passion for the business.
I have over 25 years of experience writing and editing feature-length screenplays and television scripts. In 2002, I co-wrote The Untold, released by Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment. I also have two optioned thrillers in the works: Stalker, to be produced in Taiwan, and The Quisling, to be produced in Vancouver and Mexico.
